Maria Teresa Noth is writing this blog focusing on health, community wellness, spas, and travel. She has been in the wellness industry for over 16 years and has worked in some of the top spas and hotels in the area. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master's degree in the holistic field, she is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage therapist, and trained Doula.
