Make sure your hair is UP in a ponytail before you get in the pool or an attendant will around to give you a tie.
Amazing salt, infrared and amethyst crystal rooms. The base rock room is so hot to the touch--try to reach your wooden mat as quickly as possible.

Signs are everywhere to shower with soap and water before you get in

and you will be reminded to shower before entering.
You have to soak for 20 minutes before your scrub down
Pros:
The scrub downs:
My wonderful aqua therapist (Bonnie) seats you on a pink table (in the buff) in a series of pink tables.
She wears mitts on her hands that feel similar to loofas.
You get scrubbed over every inch font back and sides, they pay special attention to your feet then finish with a rigorous shampoo and conditioner of your scalp.
Between each exfoliation, you are rinsed with a tub of warm water. Previously thought that was a diligent exfoliator -- think again! I was shocked at the amount of extra exfoliation this service produced.
Post kind of awkward scrub--my skin everywhere is silky smooth-- success!
It is also relaxing and after the treatment, I felt completely renewed and relaxed.
Cons:
Unfortunately the Groupon fine print. I have an unfortunate habit of impulsively buying groupons and of course, I rarely read the fine print-- big mistake. I have 3 expired groupons to this place and they will only apply the amount you have to the cost of admission.
As soon as you get in, you can sign up for massages and scrubs, facials etc
and it is only on a walk-in basis, so if they are booked up--
you are out of luck.

‘community room’ experience and although I have tried this before
and was going to sign up-- I decided to forgo this treatment this time around
as I thought the group atmosphere to be kind of uncomfortable...
