Napa Valley Health Spa

Pool / Hot Tub at the NVHS

Massage Therapy at Napa Valley Health Spa on August 10, 2018,

While traveling for my sister's wedding, I checked out the local spas/ health clubs in the area when I visit--to learn some tricks of the trade and/make sure the wear and tear of travel are balanced with a massage or a

soak in a hot tub. I was slightly lost getting there and rushed in 5 minutes before my appointment. My frantic attitude dissolved as soon as arrived it is charming and calm

atmosphere. I am particularly picky about massages and this was wonderful and professional. The therapist used a range of motion, heat therapy, hot towels, aromatherapy, and a variety of trigger point (knot) reducing techniques.
FYIs- A spa treatment automatically gives you a day pass for the entire facility. (If you just want to use the gym and pool a day pass for a weekday
is $35 and
for a weekend is $55.)- You receive amenities, robe, and slippers as soon
as you arrive, arrive early to enjoy it!

iPhone/cameras are not allowed inside the facilities.

Pros:-Beautiful rooms-Eucalyptus steam room-Fruit infused water and herbal teas-Spotless gym-Locker room with an amenities-All day pass to cloak yourself in a robe and relax poolside.
Cons:-The only downside was I didn’t stay long enough! Try to plan your day so that you can visit all the space has to offer! Overall I give it 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I anticipate my return! #isntthatspacial
